Youth Survey

The Milton Recreation Department wants the opinions of YOUTH in Milton about parks and recreation opportunities! You can help us be more responsive to the needs of our community and plan for the next twenty years. While older students may want to provide information individually, we ask that parents and caregivers of younger students take the survey in consideration of their whole household, including their children. Take the survey today!
